A man is working in his cellar, making a work of art that is open to interpretation. Behind him, his wife and son patiently watch him letting the work take shape before their eyes. Above them God is watching.

Jan Cvitkovic

Slovenian director and writer, born in 1966. He took a diploma in archeology and since 1998 he has written the screenplays for shorts, feature films and TV series. In 2001 he made his directional debut with Bread and Milk, awarded as Best First Film at the Festival of Venice.
