The short film “Under the Yoke” is based on three chapters from the novel – “The Storm”, “Boycho Ognianov” and “The green purse”. In these three fragments three different actors will play the part of the main hero – the first one is depicted as an action hero, the second one is melo-romantic, and the third one is dramatic character.
The casting for these personalities also is part of this film – the interviews are conducted by Miroslav Mindov and Andrey Slabakov who both already played Boycho Ognianov in two screen versions of the novel.
