The settlements of the Bulgarian loggers in the Komi taiga existed for a quarter of a century; around 200 000 young people from Bulgaria worked here – many of them found love, some even stayed for ever. “The Wind of Changes” from the early 90-ies turned the fate of many people and whole countries upside down… This film is about the Bulgarian traces in the heart of the Udor taiga, and in the hearts of its inhabitants.
