This is not a film about the how the roads or the cars look like, but about what the traffic turns us into. The director follows 5 ordinary people over town in their every day journeys: a delivery boy from the country; a half paralyzed man; a Peru born woman; a father who has recently lost his daughter in a traffic accident and a policeman who, before December ’89, was beaten up by the militia.
